What Cloudless is (and isn't)

Cloudless is a wellness program that helps you quit vaping with plans, lessons, craving tools, and progress tracking. It is not medical care, does not provide medical advice, and is no substitute for a doctor. If you use nicotine replacement therapy or any medication, or have a health condition affected by nicotine withdrawal, talk to a healthcare professional.

Membership

• Cloudless requires a paid membership: an auto-renewing subscription (weekly or annual) or a one-time lifetime purchase.
• The annual plan includes a 7-day free trial. You are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before, and the app reminds you two days ahead.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your Google Play subscription settings. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund past ones. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policies.
• Prices are shown in the app before you buy and can change for future renewal periods with notice through the store.

Your account and data

A private backup account is created for you with membership; you may attach an email to move your data to a new phone. You can delete your account and all data at any time in the app (see the privacy policy and deletion instructions).

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break, overload, or reverse the service, or use it in ways that violate the law. Cloudless is for personal, non-commercial use by adults (18+).

Disclaimers

Cloudless is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to what you paid for the app in the 12 months before a claim. Quitting outcomes depend on you; we make no guarantee that you will quit.
